A. Video Surveillance Systems
- Installation includes professional mounting, cabling, NVR/DVR setup, and mobile app access when applicable.
- Valley Tech retains administrative credentials and remote access unless explicitly waived in writing.
- We are not liable for lost access due to clients changing passwords and failing to inform us.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring that recording settings are sufficient for retention goals.
B. Security & Alarm Systems
- Alarm systems may include intrusion detection, environmental sensors, and emergency alert integration.
- Clients are responsible for notifying local authorities of system installation and ensuring applicable permits are in place.
- Valley Tech is not responsible for false alarm fees or unreported malfunctions.
- Ongoing monitoring is handled by third-party services where applicable.
C. Access Control Systems
- Includes door hardware, control panels, badge/fob provisioning, and access management software.
- Client is responsible for reporting lost credentials and securing access rights.
- Additional access points or devices added post-installation will be subject to a new estimate.
- Valley Tech retains administrative access for maintenance and support unless waived in writing.
D. Enterprise Wi-Fi & Network Infrastructure
- Includes wireless APs, firewalls, switches, routers, and structured cabling.
- Devices must not be modified without Valley Tech’s prior approval.
- Performance issues caused by unauthorized third-party equipment, building materials, or external interference are outside of Valley Tech’s control.
- Remote management requires retaining administrative access credentials.
E. Business Phone Systems
- Valley Tech offers design, deployment, and support of VoIP-based phone systems, including RingCentral and similar platforms.
- Features may include auto-attendants, call routing, voicemail-to-email, SMS, and mobile extensions.
- Number porting and setup may be subject to provider-specific timelines and fees.
- Phone service depends on reliable internet connectivity, which is the client’s responsibility.
F. Public Address (PA) & Distributed Audio Systems
- Systems include paging zones, multi-room audio, speaker setup, amplifiers, and control systems.
- Sound performance is dependent on environmental factors; one round of tuning is included after install.
- Additional tuning or adjustments are available at standard labor rates.
G. Structured Cabling
- Valley Tech installs CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6A, fiber optic, coax, and low-voltage cabling for:
- Network infrastructure
- Video surveillance
- Access control
- Alarm systems
- Audio systems (PA & distributed audio)
- Conduit, surface mount raceways, or wall penetrations are used as needed.
- Minor wall repair or patching is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise quoted.
- Cabling is tested and certified; unauthorized tampering voids workmanship warranty.
H. IT Support Services
- Includes managed endpoint support, workstation setup, patching, antivirus deployment, and software troubleshooting.
- Priority is given to customers with an active Managed Services Agreement (MSA).
- Support may be remote or onsite depending on the issue and agreement terms.
- Valley Tech is not responsible for issues caused by client negligence, outdated software, or unsupported hardware.
